Process Improvement Review.
Pre-Review Stage:
This is typically your first contact with us. This involves a Remote (Phone/Video) or In-Person Consultation to discuss the Problems and Objectives. In this stage we would clarify the Key Stakeholders and then agree Schedules.
Review Stage:
This Stage would involve some interviews with Key Stakeholders to gain a deeper insight into the Problem(s).
This Stage does involve a deep-dive into Defining the Problem, Measuring the current situation, Analysing Root-Causes and Documenting Solutions.

Post-Review Stage:
At this Stage, an Implementation Plan will be Presented, which will be owned by your teams and a Schedule for tracking the Plan agreed with Measurements in place to check Effectiveness.
Environmental Sustainability Review.

This Stage does involve a deep-dive into analysing your Business Carbon Footprints and Curation of Solutions on meeting any agreed Targets.
